Responsibilities:
- Arranging import/export shipments for customers.
- Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to various destinations.
- Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits).
- Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities.
- Generate reports as and when required.
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up requirements.
What Do You Need to Have?
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge.
- Possesses an ITE NITEC or Higher NITEC in Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines.
- Training and support provided.
- Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, and great team spirit.
- Able to handle multi-tasking, and cope with a fast-paced environment.
- Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience.
