We are looking for an ambitious Senior CRM Executive who is responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Consumer Relation strategies. The Senior CRM Executive focuses on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies.
The position of Senior CRM Executive requires cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, and a process-focused aptitude that will enable the role to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with the company goals to acquire new customers and retention
- Act as a key point of contact for departments regarding customer-related issues and CRM software.
- Develop and execute email campaigns with effective segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Manage both ad-hoc and automated campaigns using Salesforce.
- Partner with teams across product, tech, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to meet strategic objectives.
- Leverage data to refine messaging, enhance customer experiences, and drive engagement
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, manage and analyse databases, and enhance CRM strategies.
- Analyse and report on campaign results, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM operations with experience in using Salesforce
- Basic knowledge of email best practices
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing, product, and business teams
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications or related field is required
