- Report to the BIM Manager/ Project Manager.
- Understand & comply with BIM Execution Plan of project.
- Upload and maintain models to file exchange server.
- Prepare 3D Models, 2D drawings & some necessary documents for Approval, -Construction & Submission
- Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
- Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs coordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.
- Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
- Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, and/or drawing.
- Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are in order as per site/ design requirements.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements
- Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent related discipline.
- Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture or equivalent certificate will be an advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge of MEP Engineering will be an advantage.
- Min 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills -Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
- Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
- Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program.
- Able to create family creation.
- Able to start within short notice.
