Responsibilities:
- Develop user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users.
- Lead and participate in the UX design process from ideation to launch of project in its discovery stage.
- Participate in user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviour and needs.
- Develop models based on research findings.
- Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve.
- Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user's goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look.
- Design the overall structure and behaviour of the system, information flows and workflows.
- Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring that the design enables your users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Product Designer or UX Designer, particularly in 0-to-1 projects (from ideation to launch).
- Prior experience in designing websites and mobile apps.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or similar.
- Knowing how to code (HTML, CSS, etc) will be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience in Government projects/ Public-facing projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the UX discovery stage and conducting user research.
