Retail Ministry is an E-commerce company who predominately trades on Shopee & Lazada.
We are looking for individual with the passion and experience to work in Ecommerce and Travel agency space.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline
- To lead other colleagues in delegation to meet company objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns to determine whether these meet the Company’ objectives and make recommendations for future marketing plans
- Responsible for overall merchandising, including marketing and VM collaterals
- Manage, identify, and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, including finding new suppliers/products
- Assist in packing and arranging stock
What You’ll Need :
- 0-1 year of experience in Operation/Account Management in E-Commerce/travel industry
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- A startup attitude- Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset that is not afraid to work independently when required
- A mindset and attitude that wants to contribute and grow with the company
After successful working period, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager.
