Senior Associate Executive (Finance), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. We are looking for a team member to provide secretariat and administrative support to the Finance Lead. This role will involve being the main point of contact for office-related matters, including assisting with events when needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and itineraries.


You will also help prepare various correspondences, documents, reports, and presentation materials for the hospital. This will include coordinating the signing of documents by relevant stakeholders. You will also be involved in generating purchase requests and purchase orders for the department. This will entail following up on deliveries and verifying invoices for payment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring departmental assets and maintaining staff's systems access rights.


  • Diploma Holder with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in administrative work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and adapt to changes in planned workflow.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation.
