We’re seeking an experienced Finance project Manager to spearhead a major ERP implementation across the region, headquartered in Singapore. In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee the successful deployment of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your mission will be to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate potential risks, and provide actionable solutions.
The Role
- Develop and manage the detailed project plan for the NetSuite implementation.
- Define and oversee project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Engage with stakeholders, manage relationships, and address concerns throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure technical feasibility and oversee system integration, customization, and configuration.
- Manage UAT, including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain quality standards and implement quality control processes.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as required for project success
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager.
- Understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities, especially in relation to financial modules and chart of accounts structures.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in accounting software such as Oracle NetSuite and Hyperion will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
