What to Expect
The Delivery Assistant role will support our Sales and Service team with preparations for customer vehicle delivery. We need an individual who is reliable, possesses a passion for detail, and takes satisfaction in doing a great job!
What You’ll Do
- Customer service. Check-in and greet customers upon arrival.
- Customer readiness. Assist customer with the final steps to prepare them for delivery day.
- Host on site vehicle deliveries
- Supporting Sales and Service teams with ad-hoc requests, increasing productivity and throughput.
- Support admin functions with paperwork coordination
- Assist with final vehicle preparation (wash & stage for delivery).
- Contribute to keep all areas and operations clean and tidy.
- Miscellaneous jobs as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Valid driving licence, clean driving record and insurable
- Great work ethic and team player
- Ability to work 3 days per week including weekends
