We are currently presenting an exciting opportunity for a Finance Executive to join ERA for 3-month permanent contract as a maternity cover in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience within the real estate industry and develop expertise as an accounts professional. The position will provide assistance to our Finance department by facilitating the issuance and management of vendor invoices and others relevant accounting duties.
Job Description:
- To provide day to day administrative support.
- Daily bank in of cheques
- Recording daily receipts
- Handling and replying calls and emails
- Checking and preparing excel templates for month end closing
- Payment for invoices
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Integrity and accounting professionalism.
- Committed and meticulous with positive work attitude.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
