Requirement:
1) Working in Construction Sites.
2) Supervise workers ensuring safety and Health practices. Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures.
3) Responsible for managing the site, overseeing workers and ensuring that the project gets completed on time.
4) Monitoring on-site day to day activities and reporting the progress status to the Project Manager.
5) Coordinating with the Security officers in enforcing site safety rules and regulations.
6) Familiar with using emergency equipment and set protocols for handling uncertainties, and be able to perform first aid in emergencies.
7) Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in good working order.
8) Evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
9) Attending any on-site meetings.
10) Knowledge of building materials and ordering building supplies
for inventory.
11) Coordinate, identify and define with main contractor and vendor
for project requirement (Installation, Dismantling and Testing)
12) Must be able to work overtime on Weekday, Saturday and Sunday
when requested.
13) Attend other assigned and ad hoc duties instructed by
immediate superior.
