We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Appointment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar, coordinating with clients and internal teams to avoid conflicts.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist the sales team by providing information about scheduled appointments and relevant client details.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute daily or weekly appointment schedules to relevant team members.
- Monitor and track appointment metrics, generating reports as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.
Qualifications:
