Requirement:
- Min Diploma in Events/ Hospitality & Tourism Management
- Min 3 years working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Billingual in English & Mandarin
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Able and willing to work beyond normal working hours when necessary
- Good at prioritizing & Multi tasker
Job Roles:
To manage and oversee all events/exhibitions and to provide operational support during events/exhibitions
To perform any other related tasks as assigned
To follow up and make sure on clients requirement are fulfilled
To coordinate and liaise with relevant department internally such as Designer/Operations
To schedule meetings for Director/Sales Manager
To feedback information to clients on services when required
