Our client is a well- established and leading Global Real Estate Investment Management firm. They are now looking to hire a Senior Manager/ Director- Investment. This role will play a crucial role in shaping investment strategies and driving growth for overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative investment strategies for the Overseas market
- Source and identify lucrative investment opportunities.
- Lead and manage deals independently, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, investment proposals, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and obtaining investment approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants in asset management, tax, finance, legal, and technical disciplines to prepare comprehensive investment proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in real estate investment.
- Proven track record of successful deals in international markets.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Extensive experience in property acquisitions and development.
- Experience in industrial and office property sectors is a plus.
