Job Description:
- Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Handling Full Set of Accounts
- Prepare Monthly Financial Reports
- Assist in maintaining Charity platform and manage payment platforms
- Generate Tax Deductible Receipts and donors' acknowledgement
- Filing of GST and Donors’ donations to IRAS
- Liaise with External Auditors and VIVA board members (Finance and Audit) for accounts review
- Responsible for Annual budget
- Responsible for IPC and CoC compliance reporting
- Responsible for Payroll, staff leave and insurance
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or ACCA or equivalent
- 5-years relevant experience
- Knowledge in using Quickbook is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
