Overall Job Description
To lead in discussions and meetings, to provide continuing advice, in conjunction with the Board and Management of the Listed Company, and where necessary also together with the necessary professional parties, on the Listed Company’s corporate governance, corporate growth and/or corporate business development direction, including but not limited to:
(i) the continuation of remaining getting listed in the current trading board(s) and/or stock exchange(s);
(ii) the opportunity of getting listed in other trading board(s) and/or other recognised stock exchange(s); and
(iii) the other opportunities of doing fund raising for the Listed Company and its business(es) as a whole locally;
and (iv) the formation of the Board and/or certain committees under the Board under various changing
business and compliance environment and rules and/or regulations from the market, government
authorities, regulatory bodies and/or other relevant authorities, to the Board and/or the Listed Company.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 years PQE
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
