Corresponding to clients’ on their requirement via email
Using of scanners to scan baggage and cargo
Supervising service crew
Rotational shift work (e.g. week 1 - 0800H to 1700H // week 2 - 1300H to 2200H // week 3 - 1800H to 0300H // week 4 - 0100H to 1000H etc)
Work environment subjected weather elements (i.e. no shelter at airport tarmac, under rain / sun)
Basic literacy in Microsoft office (for generating & submitting of daily operational / incident reports etc)
Point of contact for client's operational counterparts; to coordinate & implement changes as directed.
Other adhoc duties assigned by management
Candidate with Operations/Logistic Management work or study experience will be at advantage
Candidates with Airfield Driving Permit will be at advantage
Candidates able to perform rotating shift work will be at advantage
Must qualify for mandatory documentations to work in Changi Airport (i.e. Airport Pass administered by Airport Police)
