- As part of the special project team, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the management team to drive key strategic initiatives and to identify business opportunities across the region for SeaMoney.
- You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization.
- Identify and drive high-impact strategic activities and projects in financial services in a fast-paced environment. Lead, manage, and execute these initiatives with various stakeholders across multiple functions and locations, and eventually, engage with necessary support to ensure concrete and tangible deliverables
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree and above in Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred
- At least 8 years of working experience in a strategy role in financial services projects. Experience in the fintech domain is preferred
- At least 4 years of management consulting experiences
- Someone who enjoys ‘getting things done’ and finds ways to drive tangible outcomes
- A strategic thinker and analytical in your approach to developing strategies
- Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes
- Someone who works collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures
- Flexible and being able to deal with a certain level of ambiguity
