Job Description :
- Plan, forecast and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
- Lead the Engineers/Coordinators/Supervisors and provide on-the-job coaching as required
- Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work scheudlules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation
- Track sub-contractors work progress, provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project timelines are met by sub-contractors.
- Logistic/Hoisting/Scaffolding Access arrangements for daily operation needs
- Material requisition planning and schedule delivery.
- To ensure that the site activitie are executed in accordance with specifications budget and time schedules.
- To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects.
- Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
- Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting.
- Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained at all locations at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 7 years and above experience in building projects/civil preferred
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of staff
- Able to work independently, good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project.
- Possess good problem-solving skills
- Experience in condominium construction highly preferred
