Role Description: Operation Manager
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Generate financial reports, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to management for improving profitability and efficiency.
2. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary to maintain high standards of staff performance.
3. Utilize customer data and feedback to personalize marketing efforts and target specific client segments effectively to increase client engagement and loyalty.
4. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
5. Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
6. Implemement contingency plans and protocols to address unexpected events or disruptions and minimize their impact on operations.
Competencies:
1. Develop annual budgets for spa operations, taking into account revenue projections, expenses, and capital expenditures.
2. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and optimize labor costs.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
