Job Description:
- Hold morning briefings and delegate tasks to Team Leaders.
- Update the Finance Department on the budget.
- Ensure monthly schedules (e.g., standby, night service) are prepared on time.
- Monitor and review feedback from teams, families, and clients.
- Manage quality control for standards and customs.
- Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Review and update SOPs, forms, and templates with Team Leaders.
- Plan and manage compensation, following policies.
- Ensure the welfare and health of operations staff.
- Handle HR tasks with Team Leaders, such as leave, overtime, and urgent requests.
- Oversee recruitment and interviews.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of operation management working experience.
