IT Project Manager (Hiring for both Singapore and China platforms)
Senior IT Manager
- Base in Singapore: Salary SGD 5,500 - 7,000
- Base in China: Salary RMB 8,000 - 13,000 (Remote)
Job Title: IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Oversee the full cycle management of the company’s APP projects, including requirements analysis, planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments and teams, coordinate resources, and resolve project issues.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring team members have clear goals and work efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and support to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster the professional development of team members.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary contact for the project, maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Regularly report project progress to ensure all parties are informed of the project status and key milestones.
4. Quality Control:
- Ensure technical solutions meet company quality standards and business requirements.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control measures, continuously improving project management processes.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of IT project management experience, with a preference for experience in APP development project management.
3. Skills:
- Familiar with project management tools and methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable about the software development lifecycle and related technologies such as frontend development, backend development, and database management.
4. Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
5. Language: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
6. Preferences: PR or SC preferred.
