Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and oversee inventory, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with buyers regarding documentation, receipt instructions, and nominations.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring they comply with company policies.
- Coordinate cargo discharging and storage plans with terminal teams.
- Collaborate with surveyors to address and resolve quantity and quality disputes.
- Work closely with the finance department on credit and invoicing issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and generate comprehensive reports on all operational activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
