The Role:
· Assisting in partial set of accounts, accounts payable & accounts receivables.
· Verifying and processing of local / overseas payments & staff expenses.
· Assisting in quarterly GST reporting, year-end stock take and audit.
· Maintaining of filing system and running banking errands.
· Handling of general administrative duties such as collection of mails, procurement & maintenance of office supplies.
· Experience as a accounts assistant and/or related jobscope.
