Job Roles :
・Drive market expansion in Asia Pacific markets through existing and new channels.
・Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for IP expansion.
・Coordinate with marketing, product development, production, corporate, and legal teams to ensure alignment and support for licensing initiatives.
・Establish and nurture strong relationships with licensees, partners, and industry stakeholders.
・Work with Director to develop and implement sales strategies plans for the SEA region.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Possess 5 years+ of working experience in multi-language working environment.
• Strong management skills and experience leading organizational transitions to ensure successful adoption of new processes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and a strong team player
• Evaluate recommendations for potential business opportunities
• Excellent Negotiation & Sales Skills
• Must be native level and equivalent in both Thai and Japanese to communicate effectively with the head office and stakeholders in Thailand and Japan. Reporting to the head office and stakeholders includes important matters such as policies, strategies and objectives, and approximately the work is conducted by 40% in Thai and 40% in Japanese.
