Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our SAP environment.
- Key duties include system installations, configurations, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS and excellent problem-solving skills, especially in the areas of SAP printer/output device management.
- The role also requires administration of non-netweaver SAP applications such as SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP BusinessObjects, OpenText for SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Output Devices (Printers) administration in SAP systems.
- Understanding and creation of firewall rules in the template.
- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and components.
- Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage SAP HANA database administration and maintenance.
- Implement and support SAP security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other IT teams for infrastructure support.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
