- Checking of Full sets of Account, preparation required occationally.
- Checking and submitting of GST and all accounting related.
- Responsible for the timely closing of accounts
- Responsible for the checking of the monthly and annual management and statutory report
- Maintain ledgers, statement and accounts within establish procedures taking appropriate action to secure or make payment and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with the general review of accounting procedures and reporting conventions and implement ways to streamline the workflow.
- Responsible for checking tax computation and submission of tax
- Responsible for checking of all IRAS related submission
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work with Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline
- Familiar with SME, trading company account
- Familiar with IRAS related forms (both income tax and GST)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be initiative, multi-tasking, work independently and meets tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
- Able to communicate both in writing and verbally in Chinese
- Willing to go for professional training course as per company request, i.e. ACRA AML/CFT course
- Immediate available is preferred
- Familiar with MYOB, quickbook, wave etc. popular accounting software is a plus
