Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure timely, accurate month end closing and year end closing including review and submission of financial statements and management reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and commentaries
- Prepare monthly cashflow reports and variance analysis
- Support in preparation of budget and forecast
- Manage capex expenditure and tracking
- Review and submission of GST reports
- Liaise with external auditor in statutory audit and ensure compliance of statutory reporting
- Liaise with corporate secretary and manage corporate secretarial matters
- Liaise with tax agent in company income tax matters
- Assist in internal audit
- Handle finance daily operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Accounting
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in Retail and/or FMCG Industry.
- Hands on experience in using SAP will be advantageous.
- Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
