Must have Administration and Purchasing experience in construction sector at least 3 years ( other sector experience is not accepted,please do not apply)
· Handle full spectrum of operational HR & Admin &purchaser functions which include recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, employee relation, performance management and build a good relationship with supplier
· Administer hiring and termination processes such as new staff on boarding, new staff orientation and resigned’
exit clearance.
· Basic knowledge of building materials..

Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercise.
·
Provide support in streamlining HR policies, system & procedures.
·
Keeping track of payment/invoice.
Admin job filling, transfer answering and filtering phone call, registered mail and etc
Follow up of customer inquiry
-> Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School or “O” Level or diploma.
-> Computer Literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Office
-> Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
-> Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
-> Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
-> Able to communicate with Chinese and English language
