Job Responsibilities
· Maintain superior standards in cinema presentation and customer service.
· Manager the business performance of the location by taking initiatives and actions to improve the business.
· Act to ensure that the company is protected against loss (financial or otherwise), resulting from poor performance or practices.
· Pro-active effects on the Location and its performance (e.g. non-controllable expenses, external/competitive influences, etc) and provide recommendations.
· Management of Location labour costs. Ensure they are maintained at optimal levels to achieve maximum productivity and customer services standards.
· Ensure that each location staff understands and is fully conversant with, the objectives of the Location, Marketing and promotional activities
· Provide direction and leadership to all the Location employees
· Conduct recruitment of appropriate location staff.
· Plan the training & development of all staff including Assistant Cinema Manager and Service Leader.
· Manage employee performance through motivation, discipline and career guidance as appropriate.
· Establish credibility and relationships within and between cinema and support departments.
· Develop and implement marketing and concessions programs and efforts.
· Actively initiate and support location development programs.
· Actively monitor and report on the performance of contractors and vendors.
Job Requirements
· Degree or diploma holder and above with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry
· Possesses the drive and commitment to achieve Company’s objectives
· Effective writing and communication skill
· Innovative in problem solving
· Objective and rational thinker in introducing and executing new and improved procedures
· Generous in sharing knowledge with staff and committed in encouraging team members to deliver quality work and service
· Facilitate and raise the level of employee engagement at all locations
· Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours (weekends and PH)
· Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
· Must be fully vaccinated
