Position summary
Responsible for recommending/taking sales order, replenishment of stocks in the retail outlet and build good working relationship with stores personnel in an assigned Supermarket/minimart retail outlet.
Also responsible for executing distribution of listed products and the execution of sales and marketing program to achieve monthly sales and category target.
Need to be on the ground daily in order to ensure that the Products spaces are taken care of and that all products are in stock and visually attractively displayed at all times.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Daily visit to Supermarket/Personal Care outlets in an assigned area, provide excellent service and enhance good customer relationship/rapport to secure order for all the products.
- Ensure all products are well merchandise with adequate level of stocks at home bay according to market share, or follow planogram and secondary display.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of products.
- Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.
- Conduct check on stocks regularly to ensure stocks are not near expiry or damaged to minimize trade returns.
- Collection of goods return if any.
- Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our products, store and display issue and competitor’s activities to Sales Manager.
