RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate prospects in target markets through innovative channels, converting them into clients while cross-selling products and services.
- Acquire new assets to achieve targeted assets under management (AUM) and generate revenue to meet established goals.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring portfolios deliver expected returns, while effectively collaborating with internal resources to provide tailored solutions.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and monitor investment solutions based on client profiles, adhering to regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Mitigate risks to the bank, including credit and reputational risks, and respond to anti-money laundering (AML) inquiries while conducting timely client account reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the private banking sector.
- Candidates from the priority banking segment who are confident in their ability to meet targets are encouraged to apply.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in private banking, including customer segments and product offerings.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
