Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure the accurate and timely closing of period-end accounts and processing of transactions, providing effective support to the business
- Responsible for the daily accounting and transaction processing of the business
- Full set Month-end closing of the entity-level accounts of the business, and generation of financial statements and reports
- Prepare/ review monthly schedules and reconciliations, and perform inter-company billings and reconciliations of inter-company transactions & balances
- Assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of accounting and financial matters, which include the year-end audit procedures, quarterly GST reporting, verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports/ responses to government/ stat board
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with some relevant experience; or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent plus min 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced MS Excel/ spreadsheet skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized and hands-on, with an eye for details
- Good ability to lead, guide and coordinate
- Positive attitude and highly dependable
