Procurement and Warehouse Admin Executive
General
- In charge of all documentation works of the procurement and warehouse department.
- To handle all task assigned by senior
- To work closely with Finance for procurement and warehouse matters
Responsibility
- To prepare, maintain, update the summary, organise the folder and ensure the completeness of documentation including but not limited to the below:
· Purchase Orders
· Good Receipt Notes
· Handover Notes
· Loan Form
- To maintain and issue the Staff Personal Toos and Equipment form for staff signature and update the folder
- To maintain and update the Testing Device and Demo Board list, labelling of the devices
- To assist on regular stock check for Van’s stocks
- To assist senior on the RMA items and necessarily follow up
- To assist on packing inventory if necessary
- To maintain and update Vendor profile ensure vendor registration form and folder is up to date
- To update the inventory movement trackers and work closely with Finance Department
- To assist on stocktake in warehouse
Career Improvement
- To learn and understand more about procurement from senior i.e. Hardware spec, etc
- To complete easy procurement independently
Requirements
- Neat and organise personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a MUST as involving massive excel work, we have no system, purely manual paper works (Small test will be conducted during interview)
- Able to carry light packing works and stocktakes
- Able to communicate with site staff and workers
- Driving License is bonus
- Diploma in Business and Administration or minimum 1-year similar experience
