Job Responsibilities
- Implement business plans according to the business development needs of Head Office and the Branch for credit card business.
- Communicate and coordinate the resources between Head Office and Branch, advance the progress of department’s key projects and formulate, implement and supervise project plans.
- Analyze the market and peers from the dimensions of business revenue, customer experience and scenario application and put forward suggestions for continuous optimization of the credit card business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder with at least 6 years working experience in credit card business or other retail banking experience
- Possess strong analytical skills, communication and coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively understand documents written in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues from Head Office and within the Branch.
