Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the COO in managing and optimizing operational functions.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Work with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of operational objectives.
- Assist in team development and contribute to the overall performance of the COO's office.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to suggest operational improvements.
- Drive efforts to promote sustainability within operational practices.
- Collaborate with partners and agencies to drive and support strategic projects.
- Relevant studies in Business Administration or relevant experience in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data management tools.
- Knowledge of big data and data analytics.
