1. Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
3. Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements
4. Responsible for designing and debugging software applications
5. Maintain an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and standard compliances
6.University degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Statistic, Mathematics or related disciplines
7. A practical knowledge of relational databases (ideally Oracle) and/or other programming languages (SQL, Java, etc.) would be an asset
8. Hands-on experience in managing large-scale implementation projects and senior stakeholders
9. Experience with Health&Public sector would be preferred
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
11. Minimum of 4-years work experience, ideally in consulting, IT or with banking of financial applications
