Responsibilities:
· Assist in overseeing & ensuring overall smooth operations of the outlet, and guide junior sales personnel.
· To ensure an excellent level of customer service in the team.
· Handle enquiries and respond to customer feedback.
· To be familiar with and apply the replenishing standards of the store.
· To maintain store condition and compliance with the store image, maintenance and window dressing standards.
· Setting a good example of performance and product knowledge to the sales associates.
· Store inventory management.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years retail fashion experience.
2. Candidate should be independent with a pleasant personality.
3. Team player with strong customer and quality focused.
4. Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (shift work).
