Our Client:
Our Client is a well-established Japanese company that specialises in Electric and Electronic components. They are currently looking for a motivated Accounts Officer in Singapore to join their growing team.
The Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Accounting operations
- Orders verification
- Raise invoices/ Credit notes and send out to customer/ intercompany
- Maintain & create customer accounts in accounting system
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
The Requirements:
- At least 2-3 year working experience in similar position
- Independent and Able to meet deadlines
- Mature, attention to details and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff
