Primary Objectives
Provide lease and tenancy management support for commercial spaces in MRT stations and bus interchanges/terminals.
Major Responsibilities
- Lease Administration
Provide lease management support which includes preparation of tenancy related documents such as Letters of Offer/Award and tenancy agreements.
Follow up on outstanding lease documents, stamping of lease documents, tracking of Lease renewals and expiries and any ad hoc duties related to lease management.
Maintain tenant filing system and ensure tenants’ information are updated in SBST app
Handle general office administrative duties and budgeting
Attend to tenant’s queries and general queries from public prospects
- Rental Billing Management
Manage tenants’ rental billing cycle and utilities payments
Manage tenants’ refund payments and credit notes
Assist in arrears management including monitoring rental payments, arrears reporting and following up with tenants for outstanding payment
Liaise with tenants and auditors (internal & external) on billing queries
Updating and maintaining the Rental Management System (RMS)
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma in Real Estate/Business Management, Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience in property development, lease management or accounting management Knowledge/Skills
- Good analytical and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Familiar with billing systems with GTO component
