JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Reservation Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling room reservation operations in the Hotel.


2. Handle tour groups/ad hoc groups convention bookings and or correspondence pertaining to contracts by commercial companies, Travel Agents and Airlines.


3. Ensure that the Front Desk staff, Reservation Agents are kept up to date with information concerning the hotel and department.


4. Ensure that all daily transactions are keyed into the computer system and updated.


5. Handle all incoming mails for reservations and highlights the important requirements and information.


6. Attend to all replies for letters and fax with regards to room reservations.


7.Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Managements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


1. Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Higher NITEC in Hospitality

Operations or equivalent.


2. At least 2 years of experience in related field.


3. Fluent in spoken and written English to manage hotel guests, hotel's system and various reports.


4. Proficient in Microsoft officre and hotel systems.


5. Strong ability to work independently as well as a team player.


6. Good Communications and interpersonal skills.


7. Work well under pressure.
