Job Responsibilities
- For Pre-contract, including but not limited to measurement, cross check quantity, call quotation, proof read tender responses, incorporating quantity details, and ensure issuance to stakeholders for quoting, cost estimation and all other related works.
- For post-contract, including but not limited to Budgetary, Cost Control, Progress Claim and Payment, Variation Order, Final Account, liaison and co-ordination work with all stakeholders and all other related works.
- Ability in interpretation of scope of work, specification and Terms & Condition in Pre & Post Contract.
- To attend meeting where necessary.
- Liaise with all stakeholder for the smooth execution of construction works.
- Experience in HDB tender/project is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company including but not limited to Sub-Contract, Main Contract and Tender.
- 5-day work week
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, preferably with a Main Contractor.
- Experienced in HDB and condominium projects.
- Experienced in tendering for projects.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Skilled in project management software.
