Administrative Work (30%)
- Manage Admin Tasks: Oversee daily admin functions for the department.
- Update Inventory: Enter inventory transactions into Netsuite System accurately.
- Documentation: Keep records and documentation for audits.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Receiving and Issuing Parts (70%)
- Check and Issue Items: Ensure items are correctly picked and issued to the warehouse, SI Engineers, or Service Engineers.
- Inspect Returns: Check returned items for damage before restocking.
- Label and Organize: Properly label and organize items in their locations.
- Optimize Space: Help with space utilization and workplace safety.
- Process Orders: Handle orders, including MRs, location transfers, and delivery orders.
- Stock Take: Conduct monthly stock counts to ensure accuracy.

- Singaporeans only
- Preferably with relevant experience in logistics/warehousing functions
