Job Summary:
- Salary Range: $7000- $10,000
- Working Location: Central
- 5 days working day
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to oversee/prepare in-house direct and indirect tax returns throughout the Group.
- Review and monitor the timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns by group finance and tax agents throughout the Group.
- Assist to review monthly and year-end tax provision calculation for the Group entities.
- Analyze & plan business strategies relates to taxation.
- Act as internal business advisory on all tax matters for region, include both direct & indirect tax for the Group.
- Participate in projects as and when assigned.
- Provide support on transfer pricing documentation.
- Tax Compliance – Responsible for working with Finance / Tax Agents to ensure tax filing requirement are met on a timely basis.
- Tax Audit / Queries: Work with Tax Agents and Finance on handling tax audits. - Includes defending company’s tax position.
- Negotiation of settlement.
- Coordinate for collection of data and information to be furnished to tax authority. - Review of data / information before submission to tax authority. - Review of replies to tax authority.
- Modeling / analysis on potential tax adjustments / settlement.
- Transfer Pricing - Understand transfer pricing concepts and risks.
- Lead / support implementation of changes to transfer pricing policies as needed. - Coordinate preparation of and review of transfer pricing documentation reports.
- Advisory - Work with Business on projects involving tax input. This could cover – Advice on cross border taxation, inbound taxation, and double taxation Setting up of new legal entities, financing structure, permanent establishment exposures etc Cross charges review, advice, implementation
