Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via multiple channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank standards.
- Educate customers on bank products and services.
- Stay updated on banking trends and competitor offerings.
- Utilize technology and systems effectively.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in any discipline, with experience in call center, banking, or customer service preferred.
· Proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills in English, pleasant voice, and positive attitude
