Responsibilities
- Fund raising
- Managing portfolio, monitor performance and risk, and making necessary adjustments to optimize returns and mitigate risk
- Develop and implement appropriate investment strategies and risk frameworks
- Ensure that strategies adhere to guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Conduct fundamental research, collecting and analysing information on potential investment opportunities
- Perform due diligence and lead investment negotiations
- Prepare analysis reports and make investment recommendation
- Prepare and deliver performance reports on investment activities and progress
- Provide client consultation to develop business and investment opportunities
- Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities to clients
- Update investors on their investments, market conditions and economic trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business / Economics / Finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years of Portfolio Management experience in managing a PE fund
- Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Have been registered with the MAS as a CMSL representative for a minimum of 5 years
- Analytical, meticulous and strong presentation skill
- Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with chinese counterparts.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
