Job Summary:


The FX Account Manager at Spark will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality forex platform services. This role involves supporting clients in their trading activities, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions using the company's platforms and services. The FX Account Manager will play a key role in client retention and business growth, as well as ensuring seamless operation of the vendor's forex solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including financial institutions, corporations, and trading firms, to understand their trading needs and objectives.
  • Platform Support: Provide in-depth support and guidance on the use of the vendor's forex trading platforms and tools, ensuring clients are able to leverage the technology effectively.
  • Customized Solutions: Work with clients to tailor FX solutions that meet their specific trading requirements and risk profiles, utilizing the vendor's products and services.
  • Trade Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of client trades and monitor trading activity to ensure compliance with client instructions and platform standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and inquiries related to trading services, platform functionality, and trade execution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, and support the acquisition of new clients.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and updates to clients.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, technical support, and sales, to address client needs and improve service offerings.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to enhance their understanding of forex trading and the vendor’s services.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of forex markets, trading strategies, and financial products.
  • Proficiency in forex trading platforms and financial technology tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
