Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues
- Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
- Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
- Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
- Review proposed variations and delays in the worksScheduling and coordinating project timelinesProcurement of materials and equipment
- Hiring and supervising subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Communicating progress updates to stakeholders and clients
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Keeping accurate project documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management
- Min 15 years of project management experience in similar capacity with extensive knowledge in Building & construction, civil and Painting and Engineering projects.
