Working Days & Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday), 8am-5:30pm
Working Location: Tuas (Two-way transportation provided at Boon Lay and Pioneer MRT Station)
Salary: Up to S$5,500
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL).
- Oversee cash flow and handle collections and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, such as journals, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
- Handle intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with annual forecasting and budgeting.
- Coordinate with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control procedures according to group policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance and Accounting, or an equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing a full set of accounts.
- Experience with regional finance accounting, especially for Taiwan, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sage 300 and EPICOR is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
