Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Resolve and coordinate technical issues with Consultants/ Authorities
- Liaise and coordinate works with subcontractors
- Oversee work progress and site activities
- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide support to supervisors in relation to site works
- Ensure site safety and work with safety personnel to regulate safety standards on site
- Ensure quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time
- Ensure proper documentation according to our ISO system
- Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at construction site
- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
- Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Possess good communication skills and team-orientated environment.
