JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Support site with the development/sustainment of the safety relief program.
2. Review project portfolios and identify safety relief strategy.
3. Provides technical quality assurance to vendor on safety relief review activities.
4. Provides mentoring and coaching to personnel at site.
5. Provides PSPPM training to personnel at site.
6. Validate and supports mitigation on safety relief finding at site.
7. Develop baseline studies at site.
8. Participates in HAZOP and Risk Assessment activities.
9. Perform flare screening impact at the initial stage of projects.
10. Approves emergency management of change at site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering specialty and/or hold other relevant industry experience
2. 5 years minimum experience in Process Design or Safety Relief.
3. Knowledgeable/familiar with the codes / standards such as API 520, API 521, API 526, API 2000, ASME Sec 8.
4. Experience in performing overpressure/flare analysis.
5. Hands on experience with Pro II, HYSYS or other process simulation tools.
6. Be able to demonstrate the following:-
